We are seeking a seasoned Functional Project Manager with strong domain experience in healthcare to lead complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and change management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure within the healthcare domain
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, timeline, and resources
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Execute change management plans and ensure adoption across impacted teams
- Ensure project deliverables comply with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Prepare regular project status reports and executive updates
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers, if applicable
