Project Management - SAP Professional

Working Model: Onsite-Offshore Hybrid (specific onsite requirements to be discussed)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager - SAP Professional to lead a diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex SAP implementations, roll-outs, and upgrades, with a particular focus on S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, oversee project financials, and excel in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership (SAP Focus):Lead and manage end-to-end projects, including full-cycle SAP Implementations, global Roll-Outs, and system Upgrades.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience and strategic oversight of S/4HANA transformation and conversion projects, covering both On-Premise and HANA on Cloud deployments.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships and expectations with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across diverse groups.
• Project Oversight & Control: Take full ownership of project budgeting, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress meticulously, identify and mitigate risks, and provide accurate and timely project status reports to all relevant parties.
• Delivery Model Expertise: Proficiently manage projects operating in an onsite-offshore delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear task delegation, and effective communication between distributed teams.
• General Project Management: Apply strong project management methodologies and best practices to ensure project success.
• (Optional, if applicable) Leverage project management experience gained in Non-SAP environments as an added advantage, demonstrating adaptable leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Years of Experience: 10+ years in Project Management.
• Relevant Years of Experience: 7 to 8 years specifically managing SAP projects.

Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in Project Management, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation/conversion projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in an onsite-offshore working model.
• Strong background in project budgeting, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Desired Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
