Required Skills & Experience-

Mandatory

-6+ years of hands-on experience with Jira

-Strong expertise in Jira configuration (workflows, schemes, automation)

-Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Prior experience in PMO, Delivery Operations, or Offshore Support roles

-Jira Administrator certification

-Experience with Confluence and Jira integrations
