Role Overview
The Project Manager CEO Office will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and leadership office projects directly under the CEO's guidance. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Management:
- Lead and track strategic, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and CEO priorities.
- Governance & Reporting:
- Establish project governance frameworks, define KPIs, monitor risks, and prepare detailed dashboards, presentations, and executive reports for leadership review.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders and department heads across Sales, Delivery, HR, TA, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure project success and issue resolution.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on key organizational initiatives such as Talent Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships, Market Expansion, Opportunity Pipelines, and Leadership Office Projects.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify gaps in execution, streamline workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making at the CEO Office level.
- Confidential Projects:
- Manage and execute highly confidential and sensitive business initiatives with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Experience & Qualifications
- Total Experience: Minimum 8 years, including 3+ years in project or program management roles handling strategic or transformation initiatives.
- Project Experience: Exposure to strategic partnerships, leadership office initiatives, organizational transformation, or business expansion programs.
- Global Exposure: Experience managing or coordinating multi-region/global projects preferred.
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PMO certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
