Primary Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned healthcare projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT, Training, and Finance to ensure smooth project deployment.
- Engage with hospitals, Rehabs, clinics, doctors, and partner organizations to manage expectations and deliver project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, SOPs, timelines, resource allocation, and tracking dashboards.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts and service-level agreements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
- Document minutes of the meeting and circulate with the concerned stakeholders and follow up for closure.
- Foster continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders and senior leadership team for weekly & monthly reports.
