Primary Responsibilities

(Defines the prime focus areas of the job)

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned healthcare projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT, Training, and Finance to ensure smooth project deployment.
  • Engage with hospitals, Rehabs, clinics, doctors, and partner organizations to manage expectations and deliver project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, SOPs, timelines, resource allocation, and tracking dashboards.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
  • Document minutes of the meeting and circulate with the concerned stakeholders and follow up for closure.
  • Foster continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Coordinate with concerned stakeholders and senior leadership team for weekly & monthly reports.
