- ONLY MBA/BBA background preferred, specially in marketing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers in planning and executing qualitative research projects.
- Support project kick-off activities by helping prepare timelines, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Track project progress and update status reports under supervision.
- Ensure tasks are completed as per defined timelines and escalate risks when required.
Execution & Operations Support
- Assist in preparing project-related materials such as discussion guides, screeners, questionnaires, and stimuli.
- Support coordination with internal teams, vendors, moderators, and field partners.
- Help with setup, monitoring, and basic management of online qualitative research platforms.
- Support offline research logistics such as participant scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in drafting basic project updates and internal communication.
- Attend internal and client calls as a learner, capturing notes and action items.
Quality Checks & Documentation
- Support validation of participant profiles and basic data quality checks.
- Assist in reviewing collected responses and flag inconsistencies or gaps.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation and trackers.
Learning & Process Improvement
- Gain hands-on exposure to qualitative research methodologies and project workflows.
- Participate in post-project reviews and help document learnings.
- Share suggestions to improve efficiency, coordination, or documentation.
- Follow organizational quality standards, compliance guidelines, and research ethics.
