Job Description
PMO Intern -Power BI
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Work From Office)
Internship Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented PMO Intern who is strong in Power BI and has a keen interest in project coordination, reporting, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who wants handson experience in PMO operations while building strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Support PMO in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation and status trackers.
- Analyze project-related data and present insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for data collection and reporting.
- Assist in organizing PMO meetings, preparing MoMs, and followup actions.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Requirements
Strong handson skills in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
Good understanding of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detailoriented with strong analytical mindset.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Recently completed Graduation/PostGraduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.E., etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of project management concepts.
- Basic understanding of PMO processes and reporting.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
