    Required Qualification

    • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
    • 3–8 years of relevant experience in project management/engineering execution (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
    • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, cost control, and scheduling methodologies
    • Working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI is a plus
    • Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional execution
    • Familiarity with QMS/EMS standards, audits, and compliance frameworks
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines with high accountability

    Execution & Delivery Impact

    • Built and enforced baseline schedules; drove real-time tracking vs. actuals to eliminate slippages
    • Delivered structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to CEO/CMD and leadership
    • Owned procurement lifecycle (PR to PO); ensured uninterrupted execution
