Required Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in project management/engineering execution (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, cost control, and scheduling methodologies
- Working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI is a plus
- Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional execution
- Familiarity with QMS/EMS standards, audits, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines with high accountability
