• Job description:

The PMC will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities to ensure timely completion within approved budget, quality, and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
2. Monitor site execution and overall project progress.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
4. Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
5. Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
6. Track project costs and manage budgets.
7. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
9. Maintain project documentation and reporting.
10. Manage project handover and closure activities.

• Requirements

1. Minimum 38 years of relevant project management experience (preferred).
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field).
3. Proven experience in project management or PMC role.
4. Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.
5. Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
