The PMC will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities to ensure timely completion within approved budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor site execution and overall project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
- Track project costs and manage budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Manage project handover and closure activities.
- Minimum 38 years of relevant project management experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field).
- Proven experience in project management or PMC role.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
