Position: Project Management Consultant (PMC) Civil
Department: Engineering / Operations
Reports To: Engineering Director / Directors
Role Objective:
Own end-to-end project governance from Work Order initiation to final handover, ensuring scope control, planning discipline, execution predictability, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction across sports infrastructure projects.
- Key Responsibilities (PMC Civil):Manage end-to-end project governance from WO to client handover
- Convert Work Orders into detailed civil scope, execution plans, and milestones
- Lead internal coordination with Sales, Engineering, Design, Procurement & Accounts
- Ensure scope control, timeline adherence, and cost discipline
- Monitor execution progress, DPR/WPR, risks, and deviations
- Oversee quality checks, snag identification & closure
- Validate material reconciliation, site readiness, and documentation
- Drive internal & client clearances for smooth handover
- Support project closure, P&L inputs, and lessons learned
- Profile Required:BE / BTech / Diploma Civil Engineering
- Strong experience in project governance & execution
- Exposure to multi-site / multi-project environments
- Sports infrastructure / construction experience preferred
