Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management Consultant (Architect) located in New Delhi. Experienced and detailoriented Project Management Consultant to support our architectural practice in planning, coordinating, and delivering highquality design projects. The consultant will work closely with our design teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure Projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining design integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and best practices tailored to

the architecture industry.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects.
• Track project budgets and provide costcontrol oversight.
• Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate permit applications, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular project meetings and status updates; prepare reports and documentation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in resource planning and workload management.
• Provide quality assurance on documentation and deliverables.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, timelines, and project plans
