Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate in our Project Management Team. This role demands a strong understanding of cross functional processes, operational effectiveness, and a deep hunger to build scalable technology. If you are excited about solving operational bottlenecks, designing seamless journeys, and driving excellence through process rigor, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end project planning, tracking, and execution, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor, track, and mitigate project identified risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks through proactive planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist in the development of project plans, proposals, work packages, and cost estimates.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including SOPs, trackers, status reports, and post-project reviews.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields. PGDM / MBA would be a plus.
- At least 24 years of experiencein project management, coordination, team support, or similar roles within a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking within defined constraints.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and process standardization (SOPs, trackers, dashboards).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Practical understanding of project management methodologies, including experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities within time-sensitive and deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory coordination, and logistics management.
