Project Management Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and contribute across delivery governance, quality assurance, validation, compliance, and technical execution. The role involves ensuring end-to-end project delivery excellence, adherence to industry and organizational standards, and collaboration across engineering, testing, audit, and program management teams in domains such as Compute, Networking, IoT, and Embedded Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery, Governance & Compliance

Own and execute the internal audit and governance framework across delivery units.

Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC2, security, and customer-specific standards.

Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain governance dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reports.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure process adherence, risk mitigation, and delivery predictability.

Program & Project Management

Manage end-to-end project and program execution, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Handle resource planning, dependency management, and escalation management.

Align delivery outcomes with business and customer objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in delivery management, quality assurance, validation, or compliance roles.

Hands-on understanding of testing methodologies, validation frameworks, and audit processes.

Knowledge of networking, compute, IoT, or embedded systems is a strong plus.

Experience with tools such as Jira, test management systems, debugging utilities, and dashboards.
