Project Name and description MFA (MultiFactor Authentication)

Job Summary -

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the implementation and ongoing management of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service within our global IT shared services provider for the Allianz Group. The MFA service comprises a portfolio of several products/technologies, including a vendor-based MFA solution, Microsoft Entra MFA, and FIDO2 hardware security keys, among others.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT security, stakeholder engagement, and should be comfortable being customer-facing. Throughout this role, he or she will need to gain a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and as well the dependencies between components and to other platforms/services in the organization, as well as to standard processes and policies.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment with a positive attitude to learn on the job and upskill/cross-skill based on changing industry standards and business needs.

It is a requirement to work and be available during European (CET) business hours.

Major Responsibilities

  • Driving project and change related activities within the MFA service to ensure completion of objectives within time and quality, while generating necessary transparency of progress, roadblocks, and risks to leadership
  • Communicating project and change related information with the relevant stakeholders and addressing concerns and inquiries in various formats
  • Collaborate closely with the project team, operations team, vendor team, and across functions and departments within Allianz Technology to perform proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new technologies/features and implement enhancements.
  • Supporting with customer demand management, refining of business requirements to technical requirements, and where necessary, acting as interface to commercial teams
  • Experienced in agile methodologies and supporting to facilitate scrum ceremonies where required
  • Basic knowledge of Linux platforms, Windows, Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, and automation will be considered an added advantage
  • Collaboration within the team and a proactive approach to skill enhancement are regarded as pivotal elements.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within IT security or related areas, preferably with MFA or identity management solutions.

Experience

2 to 3 years of experience in project management roles, Data collection, end-to-end service/ IT application support is considered.

Technical Skills Requirements

  • Total 2 to 3 years of experience in project management roles, Data collection, end-to-end service / IT application support is required.
  • Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and other M365 collaborative tools
  • Familiar in organizing meetings/calls professionally also using video conferencing tools such as Webex, Teams, and similar.
  • Experience in managing ticketing systems like ServiceNow can be considered as an added advantage.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of security-related topics, including the latest security risks and various tools and security best practices suitable to mitigate these risks
  • Awareness of identity management, multifactor authentication, and certificate-based authentication, coupled with a basic understanding of change management, patching, and vulnerability remediation
  • Experience implementing/administration of MFA solution is advantage.
  • Understanding of Web Single Sign On technologies such as SAML and OAUTH are an advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good organizational and team collaboration skills
  • Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL).
  • Understanding on SRE, CPI, Agility and should be a good team player.

Functional/Domain Knowledge

Expert Level Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Facilitate team collaboration and conduct follow-ups in accordance with customer requirements to gather reports and organize them according to customer preferences
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Excel for sorting/filtering/manipulating large reports, utilizing pivot tables, and organizing data in alignment with specific requirements.
  • Possess substantial knowledge of Office 365, with particular proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft collaborative tools.
  • Sound knowledge in ensuring the data security and data integrity while being adept at identifying the sensitivity of the data being handled.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework

Good-to-have

  • Knowledge on windows,linux,tomcat,apache, etc.
  • Security Fundamentals
  • Good knowledge on Citrix clients like AVC/VDi clients
  • LDAP(S) / HTTP(S) encryption basics
  • Knowledge in DNS concepts
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • VMware/V-Center Administration
