We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage project budgets, team capacities, and deliverables. This role requires collaboration with team members to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. The successful candidate will document changes, create user guides, and present outcomes to partners as needed.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain project budget, team budget, and budget spending.
- Identify and flag unplanned budget spending.
- Conduct team-level capacity planning to ensure all teams are fully funded.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Track all ongoing tasks along with clear timelines of deliverables.
- Document changes and create user guides for developed solutions.
- Present outcomes to partners as needed to ensure information is transparent.
Essential Skills

- Experience in developing frameworks for tracking activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
