Job Description
Design & Development
Realize the design and development activities for projects including following products
Boiler Feed Pumps (equivalent to CHTD)
Boiler Recirculation Pumps (equivalent to LUV)
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
Drive innovation in design methodologies, materials, and performance optimization.
Project Management
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Contract Management, design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance and after market.
Define timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure lean, transparent, and structured project execution.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical competence and mentorship to junior engineers, focus on doing
Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and calculations in coordination with the technically responsible departments
Interface with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with global teams and suppliers for technology transfer and benchmarking.
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to management and clients.
Facilitate effective communication across departments to align on project goals and challenges
