About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Lead (Sr. .NET Developer) to lead enterprise-grade application development initiatives. The role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team management, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of .NET developers across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and Web APIs.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Drive cloud-based deployments and infrastructure management on AWS.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code, ensure quality standards, and enforce secure coding practices.
- Mentor team members and support technical and professional growth.
- Ensure timely project delivery, risk management, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps best practices.
- Oversee database design and performance optimization using SQL Server or equivalent.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#
- ASP.NET Web API, REST services, Microservices architecture
- Frontend experience with Angular
- AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.) Mandatory
- Entity Framework / ORM tools
- SQL Server / relational databases
- CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Design patterns and application architecture
- Unit testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
