Project Lead (JAVA)/ Technical Lead

• Candidate must have worked as a Software Developer and should be hands-on with coding.
• Strong proficiency inJava, Microservices, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Oracle DBis essential.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in theBanking Domainis mandatory.
• Must have experienceleading a team of developers(support-only experience will not be considered).
• Should have handledclient interactions and client calls.
• Strong communication and team management skills are required.
• Preference will be given to certified professionals currently working with IT companies in the Banking Domain.
