We're Hiring: Project Lead – General Trade (Cricket) | Noida
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building businesses from the ground up Step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape and scale our General Trade (Cricket) ecosystem across India.
What You'll Own:
Drive the vision and expansion of a Pan-India General Trade network (dealers, distributors, retailers)
Lead end-to-end business development: market mapping, product-market fit, and scalable business models
Build, manage, and optimize a high-performance sales pipeline
Own key account relationships and deliver long-term value partnerships
Lead commercial negotiations, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies
Ensure seamless execution across sales, after-sales, and partner operations
Design and implement innovative engagement programs to maximize partner performance
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of proven success in General Trade (Cricket category preferred)
Strong experience in territory/regional/zonal sales leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale networks
Expertise in driving measurable business outcomes and operational excellence
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
