Project Lead

• Working with the state education department to manage the program in schools where the Mindspark program is being implemented

• Coordinate implementation of the PAL solution (Mindspark Program) across government residential schools, ensuring smooth delivery of infrastructure, devices, and software

• Designing and facilitating capacity-building workshops for teachers, administrators and other stakeholders

• Track implementation quality and usage data at the school level, identify challenges, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and program efficiency.

• Prepare project progress reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for relevant stakeholders

• Escalate queries, issues, and bugs to the respective team for accurate resolution and efficient implementation

• Supervise/train field staff and coordinators to ensure regular updates, school visits, and consistent program implementation

• Travel for program Implementation, training, and on-the-ground support as and when required

• Maintain clear and timely communication with government counterparts, internal teams, and funders, ensuring accurate documentation of all processes, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a government department/NGO/education sector

• Understanding of Edtech/learning assessments/education sector/public policy in India

• Prior experience in project management, teacher training, or government engagement is desirable

• Good skills to provide training to small to medium groups

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Data interpretation and data explanation skills

• Project Implementation and Management Skills

• Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with government and institutional stakeholders.

• Must have good communication skills in Telugu and English

• Comfortable with travel within Telangana
