Educational background: Any under graduation
Master's in business administration or equivalent with specialization in Marketing is an added advantage.
Required Candidate profile
- Should have a minimum 4 years in programmatic advertising.
- Should have hands on experience in Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns within advanced programmatic advertising platforms for display, mobile, social, video, search and should be ready to get perform those activities if needed.
- Experience in digital advertising operations or media planning.
- Demonstrable experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving, specifically in Google Tag Manager.
- Familiar with Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting concepts such as impressions, pacing, and overlap.
- Experience in setting up conversions in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads. Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience setting up Ecommerce revenue tracking within Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Should have extensive experience in Google Tag Manager-Server-Side Tagging
- Knowledge of Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
- Hands-on experience navigating GAM, StackAdapt, and/or Locality to check available inventory.Understanding and ability to learn the products and their limitations.
- Programmatic DSPs such as Simpli.fi, Basis, StackAdapt, Tradedesk, etc
- Google Ad Manager
- Should have extensive experience in managing and getting into weekly calls to provide updates with the clients, provide strategic suggestions to the internal team to expand the business with the clients.
- Should have experience in grooming resources and managing their end-to-end appraisal cycles, give them career guidance pathing and enabling them to get to the next level.
- Provide internal teams and clients with strategic and tactical programmatic marketing recommendations that align with client objectives
- Deliver input to the team on campaign goals, approaches and methods and help establish success metrics and KPI's
- Solid grasp of digital media systems and tools.
Role:
- Working with Internal and external teams to ensure successful setup and delivery of programmatic ad campaigns
- Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
- Generating Weekly/monthly delivery reports as requested by clients on campaign status and activity
- Strong data analysis abilities.
