Role Summary
CoeusMinds is looking for a Project Lead in Digital Marketing to handle multiple client projects and coordinate work across a cross-functional team. The role involves planning, tracking, and driving delivery while ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Experience in SEO or Social Media Management is must, as it helps in managing marketing-led projects more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects from kick-off to delivery, including timelines, task allocation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, video, marketing, and others) to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, weekly plans, and status reports
- Conduct regular client communication: meetings, progress updates, approvals, and next steps
- Identify risks early, handle dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure briefs, requirements, and feedback are clear, complete, and documented
- Maintain quality checks before delivery to clients
Design & Video Review Responsibilities
- Review graphic designs and videos created for clients/projects to ensure:
- alignment with the brief and brand guidelines
- correct messaging, tone, and key callouts
- basic quality standards (spelling, layout, consistency, formatting, timing/flow for videos)
- Share clear, structured feedback to designers/video editors and coordinate revisions
- Track approvals and ensure final assets are delivered on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without missing deadlines
- Strong coordination, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and structured processes
- Must be based in Kerala and able to travel to Kochi 12 times per week
