Job Summary
AlgoShack is seeking an experienced
Project Lead to manage and drive end-to-end delivery of testing and quality engineering engagements. The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across manual and automation testing initiatives, particularly in regulated and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery across manual and automation testing streams
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Track project progress against milestones, scope; proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality, adhering to defined processes and standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Review test strategies, test plans, execution reports, and automation outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, efficiency, and quality
- Mentor and guide team members; conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions
- Ensure compliance with client quality processes, including regulated or audit-driven environments where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 57 years of overall experience in software testing / quality engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a Project Lead / Test Lead / Delivery Lead role
- Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies
- Experience in planning and managing test execution across multiple releases
- Hands-on exposure to test automation tools and frameworks with Python and Selenium
- Strong knowledge of defect management, test reporting, and metrics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare / Medical Device / Regulated environments
- Familiarity with quality standards, formal verification, and compliance requirements
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
