We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Lead for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact and a proven track record in managing CSR projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and NGOs to promote CSR activities.
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in CSR or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
