Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in B. Tech/B.E. Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience: 15-20 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on interior fit out projects within in construction sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-oriented and a proactive approach to project management.
