Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion) to lead and drive ERP transformation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and global IT teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle ERP/Fusion implementation and migration programs
- Work closely with Finance and SCM business teams to gather requirements and align solutions
- Collaborate with Global IT teams as part of the EOS program
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and governance
- Ensure alignment with global standards and best practices
- Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
- Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems (GIEA) to Oracle Fusion
- Provide techno-functional guidance across modules
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Techno-Functional Project Management experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion (preferred) or Oracle ERP
- Experience in modules such as:
- Finance
- SCM
- Manufacturing (MFG)
- Order Management (OM)
- Purchasing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in global/matrix organizations
- Ability to drive large-scale transformation programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- PMP / Prince2 or equivalent certification (preferred)
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to Nagar & Ranjangaon plants on a need basis
