Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Support the CEO and Board in translating strategic goals into actionable operational initiatives.
Operational Management & Implementation:
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Ensure robust implementation and adherence to all Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per business needs.
- Facilitate seamless inter-departmental coordination for optimized operational outcomes.
Financial Performance:
- Drive revenue growth and optimize cost structures to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets.
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective measures where required.
- Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring financial discipline and stability.
Customer Focus:
- Achieve zero customer complaints by maintaining superior product quality and delivery performance.
- Strengthen customer relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and proactive engagement.
- Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

Innovation and Technology:
- Drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable industry regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee regular audits and inspections to maintain operational integrity and regulatory alignment.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance across all operational levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including forging, machining, or precision engineering industries.
- Proven track record in operational leadership, P&L management, and process excellence.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Quality Systems Management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation and growth in a competitive manufacturing environment.
