Job Description

Lead a high-value greenfield/brownfield industrial project end to end.
Senior leadership role with strategic visibility, scale, and growth exposure.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end execution of large industrial CAPEX projects from mobilisation to commissioning.
Own project delivery across cost, quality, safety, and schedule parameters.
Manage Phase 1 CAPEX of approximately ₹550 Cr with strong cost and cash-flow discipline.
Drive contractor, EPC, PMC, and vendor performance on-site.
Act as the central coordination point across engineering, construction, EHS, quality, and operations.
Establish robust planning, controls, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
Ensure statutory compliance, site administration, and zero-harm safety culture.
Support future expansion phases and additional projects beyond Phase 1.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 18-25 years in industrial project execution, with exposure to large CAPEX projects
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (mandatory) PMP or post-graduation preferred.
Core strengths: Hands-on execution, strong planning and controls, contractor and site management.
Industry exposure: Manufacturing or heavy industrial environments chemicals experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Tools & methods: Project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and execution governance frameworks.
Mobility: Willingness for extensive and continuous travel with high on-ground presence at the Gujarat project site.
