Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability
- Lead cross-functional teams (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, HR, Safety, Stores, Accounts)
- Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved
- Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements
- Oversee HEMM availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deployment
- Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs
- Coordinate with corporate office and local authorities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related discipline
- First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations
- 1525 years of total experience in mining
Candidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
