Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end execution of residential construction projects.

. Plan project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.

. Manage site operations, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

. Ensure quality, safety, statutory compliance, and timely project delivery.

. Monitor project costs, billing, BOQ, resource allocation, and material utilization.

. Coordinate with Civil, MEP, and finishing teams for smooth project execution.

. Strong Project Management & Leadership

. Site Execution & Team Handling

. Hands-on experience in G+12 or higher residential building construction

. Budgeting, Cost Control & Resource Planning

. Contractor & Vendor Management

. BOQ, Billing & Construction Documentation

. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills

Qualification

. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
