Role OverviewOur Client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Project Head Sales to lead the sales strategy, execution, and revenue generation for key residential and commercial projects.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in real estate sales, team management, channel development, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will drive project-specific sales targets, mentor high-performing teams, and align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Leadership- Develop and implement project-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and site presentations to deal closure and post-sale coordination.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and buyer behavior to refine sales positioning.
Team Management & Development- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, executives, and relationship officers.
- Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and CRM utilization.
Channel Partner & Stakeholder Engagement- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and institutional clients.
- Conduct partner briefings, incentive programs, and joint promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting & Forecasting- Maintain accurate sales dashboards, lead funnels, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and present strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Forecast sales projections and align resource planning accordingly.
Client Experience & Brand Building- Ensure high-quality client interactions, timely documentation, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Represent Our Client at launch events, exhibitions, and investor meets.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all sales touchpoints.
Required Skills & Competencies- Proven leadership in real estate sales with exposure to large-scale projects.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho), MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution ability.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with RERA norms and property documentation processes.
Preferred Attributes- Exposure to premium or luxury segment sales.
- Experience managing multi-location sales teams and channel networks.
- Ability to drive digital lead conversion and integrate online funnels with field sales.
