Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Udaipur for the role of Project Head. The Project Head will oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and addressing potential risks. The individual will also work to ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed during all phases of the project.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- 1st Mine manager certificate for unrestricted metal mines.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and manage resources effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and maintaining project records
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in construction projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing large-scale construction projects is highly advantageous
