Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Head to lead and oversee large-scale interior fit-out and workspace development projects.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, cost control, team management, and stakeholder alignmentensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead execution of multiple large-scale interior fit-out and workspace development projects

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies

Ensure timely delivery with strict adherence to quality and cost benchmarks

Team Management

Lead and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams

Drive team performance, accountability, and capability development

Ensure effective resource planning and allocation

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors

Build strong relationships with vendors and partners

Ensure seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders

Cost Management & Budget Control

Oversee project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking

Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency

Lead vendor negotiations and material planning

Risk & Compliance Management

Identify and mitigate risks related to delays, cost overruns, and compliance

Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks

Reporting & Governance

Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and financials

Establish and improve project management processes and SOPs

Drive operational excellence across project execution

Requirements

14+ years of experience in project management with a focus on interior fit-outs

Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial/office projects

Strong expertise in cost control, vendor management, and execution strategy

Experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or hospitality sectors preferred

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
