To manage, coordinate, and execute the infrastructure fit-out and development of new medical stores across locations, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and cost control. The Project Manager will also be responsible for vendor identification, negotiation, and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Manage multiple store development projects simultaneously from initiation to handover.
Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure each store is delivered on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/contractors across geographies.
Negotiate commercial terms, scope of work, and service levels.
Ensure timely and quality execution of work by vendors.
Site Coordination
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landlords, civil/electrical contractors, and other stakeholders.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure fit-outs adhere to company branding, health & safety, and compliance standards.
Conduct snag checks and take necessary corrective actions before handover.
Cost Management
Maintain tight control over project costs.
Review and approve BOQs, estimates, and invoices.
Reporting & Documentation
Provide weekly reports on project progress, budget tracking, and risk management.
Maintain proper documentation of each site project including contracts, layouts, and handover certificates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 510 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) sectors.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
Skills:
Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
Proficiency in MS Project/Excel, AutoCAD, and site management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel extensively across store locations.
