Project Head /Construction Head ( AVP) - Real Estate Background

Location: Hyderabad – Shaikpet

Experience: 18–28 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Salary - Upto 70lpa

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. The role will be responsible for driving project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Project Execution & Delivery

·      Lead end-to-end construction execution of high-rise / residential / mixed-use projects

·      Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules and milestones

·      Monitor daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting

·      Stakeholder Management

·      Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

·      Act as the primary point of contact for site execution

·      Planning, Budgeting & Control

·      Track project budgets and ensure cost control

·      Review BOQs, contracts, and vendor performance

·      Quality & Compliance

·      Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

·      Drive QA/QC processes and safety compliance

·      Technical & Site Management

·      Oversee civil, structural, and MEP execution

·      Resolve on-site technical challenges

·      Team Leadership

·      Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors

·      High-rise / residential construction expertise

·      Project execution and delivery management

·      MEP coordination

·      Contracts, BOQ, QA/QC knowledge

·      Stakeholder and vendor management

·      Primavera / MS Project, AutoCAD

·      Experience with reputed real estate developers or EPC companies

·      Handled large-scale projects (1M+ sq. ft or high-rise towers)

·      Experience in Hyderabad market is a plus
