Role Description

The Project Executive - New Installation will oversee and manage the execution of elevator installation projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality standards. The role will include site supervision, addressing technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of installation projects.
• Technical knowledge in elevator and escalator systems, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and project management tools.
• Previous experience in the elevator or construction industries is advantageous.
• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or a ITI mechanical / fitter related field is preferred.
