Job Role Summary
Responsible for conducting site visits, monitoring project activities, coordinating manpower and ensuring smooth execution of water wastewater treatment plant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines standards
- Conduct inspections and review quality of work at sites
- Coordinate and fulfil project activity requirements as per technical regulatory compliance
- Address project needs, queries and issues for smooth execution
- Manage manpower including workers, contractors and technicians
- Delegate tasks, track performance and resolve workforce-related concerns
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction, operation or maintenance preferred
- Strong understanding of project execution field coordination
- Team handling and on-site supervision skills
