We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the deployment and operation of our systems across client locations. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on technician background and be comfortable managing installations and maintenance, coordinating with local technicians, system configuration, performance monitoring and travel across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance

oIdentify and on-board local technicians for installation and maintenance activities.

oTrain local technicians on installation procedures and maintenance requirements.

oIn addition to training and supervising technicians, the Project Engineer should also be capable of carrying out product installations independently.

oSupervise and ensure quality control of all installations at client sites.

oCoordinate and supervise maintenance activities, both on-site and remotely.

oPlan and organise travel for project deployments, including making travel bookings and coordinating logistics for site visits and installations.

Configuration

oConfigure the system and related software for client deployments.

oEnsure proper setup and functionality of systems during installation.

oProvide software training to clients.

Analysis and Reporting

oBenchmark and verify the accuracy and performance of the deployed systems.

oAnalyse system data and performance metrics.

oPrepare analytical reports and documentation requested by clients.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

23 years of experience in technical project execution, field engineering, or system deployments.

Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical systems.

Basic understanding of power supply systems and wiring in commercial vehicles.

Experience in Rolling Stock (Trains, Metros, etc.) will be a plus.

Ability to train and supervise local technicians.

Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance benchmarking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Comfortable using laptops and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Willingness to travel across India for installations and project support.
