The Role
You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and clients
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and resources
- Monitor progress using ERP systems, Power BI, and Gantt charts
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contracts
- Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and budgets
About You
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
- 5–10 years experience managing infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of Australian Standards AS 1170, AS 1428, AS 2156, AS 1657 (desirable)
- Confident in client-facing presentations and communication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Project and project management tools
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
- Experience in water infrastructure (highly regarded)
