Role overview

The Project manager (Civil) will be responsible for end-to-end execution of civil and interior works across multiple projects, ensuring seamless transformation of properties from their existing (as-is) condition to the brand's standardised design and quality benchmarks. This role will own on-ground execution, coordination with designers and vendors, cost and timeline control, and quality compliance ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and as per approved brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end civil and interior execution of projects, from site handover to final completion and readiness for operations
  • Translate approved designs and drawings into accurate on-ground execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Manage the transformation phase, converting existing structures into standardised brand-compliant properties
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve execution-level challenges
  • Prepare and track project execution schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee vendor and contractor management, including scope definition, supervision, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure quality control and workmanship standards across all civil, finishing, and fit-out activities
  • Monitor project costs and BOQs, controlling overruns and flagging risks proactively
  • Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and snag-list closures before handover
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and local building regulations during execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
  • Hands-on experience in construction, interior fit-outs, or refurbishment projects
  • Experience working with architectural drawings, GFCs, BOQs, and execution schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors and site teams simultaneously
  • Good understanding of quality control, cost management, and project timelines
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar), MS Excel, and basic project tracking tools
  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotels or retail fit-out projects
