Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate offshore Oil & Gas projects by ensuring effective execution, adherence to timelines, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offshore EPC project activities
- Interface with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Support procurement activities including vendor coordination and material tracking
- Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards across all project phases
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Offshore Oil & Gas projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC project execution lifecycle
- Experience in offshore platform / subsea / brownfield or greenfield projects preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with project management tools and systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
