Objective
- To overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization.
- Should coordinate with project activities, managing resources, and ensure on time delivery.
- To monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification: B.E Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Competencies
- Proven Experience in Project Coordination/ Management
- Knowledge of Powder coating systems and/or related processes would be beneficial
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirement and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project)
Technical Skills & Knowledge: Good communication skills & Managing System
Relevant Work Experience: Should have minimum 4 5 years experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of the project and project planning.
- Order confirmation with internal department.
- Review of contract with respect to technical and commercial specifications with sales.
- Obtain clarity on technical and commercial disparities if any in the purchase order from the client.
- Obtain approval of drawings, documents and Quality Assurance Plan from client, consultant and appointed inspection agency.
- Expedite procurement of Bought out Equipment in Co-ordination with Purchase.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, and manufacturing to smooth execution of the project.
- Expedite inspection with Consultants, Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client.
- Co-coordinate with Quality Assurance for relevant documentation required for completion of inspection.
- Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Logistics to ensure proper documentation of billing and dispatch.
- Obtain Acceptance test certificate from Client/Customers.
- Interface with Service for timely erection and commissioning of product/package.
- Obtain payments / relevant bank guarantees from customers.
- Maintain and follow defined quality management system in the project execution.
- Update and maintain appropriate MIS.
- Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.
