Project Engineer, Spare Parts Packages for Tissue (based in Pune, India)

We are looking for Project Engineer, Spare Parts Packages to handle spare parts packages related to tissue CAP projects.

You will be responsible for preparing spare parts recommendations in new machinery sales and in delivery projects. This responsibility includes both technology and project financials.

In this position, you will be required to,

Prepare spare parts quotations in CAP sales projects Prepare spare parts quotations in CAP delivery projects Support Valmet sales areas to prepare the additional spare parts quotations in the CAP delivery projects Be responsible for spare parts packages project financials, including turnover and profitability Be responsible for spare parts project schedule Cooperate with Valmet CAP sales and project manager as well as project engineering Contact customers and supplies Motivate and challenge the global network to reach the given targets

To Succeed This Role, You Will Need

BSc. or MSc. in engineering or equivalent 3+ years of experience in manufacturing with demonstrated success in a multi-cultural, international environment. Strong customer orientation with an ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results individually and in a matrix organizational structure Strong motivation with an ability to achieve results under pressure Experience from spare parts business Good business acumen with an ability to effectively analyze situations to reach conclusions Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation and negotiation skills Willingness and ability to travel on an international basis and at times on short notice Demonstrated understanding of tissue making technology, manufacturing and business processes is a plus Infor LN knowledge is a plus
