Project Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Vadodara. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC&R projects. Responsibilities include developing project plans, supervising installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. The role also involves troubleshooting and providing technical support as required.

• Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC&R systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in engineering design principles and project execution processes
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Experience with site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in the HVAC&R industry is highly preferred
