Role Overview
We are looking for a
Project Engineer to support the
Senior Project Manager in delivering large scale EPC Projects for MV/EHV Substations (AIS/GIS), E-houses and MEP projects.
The role is primarily responsible for
project coordination, progress tracking, reporting, and compliance with internal project management processes, ensuring smooth information flow between site teams, planning, engineering, and project leadership.
This position is ideal for an engineer who is
methodical, detailoriented, and executionfocused, with strong coordination and documentation skills in an EPC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across site, engineering, planning, QA/QC & commercial teams
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
- Support planning, scheduling, and risk identification
- Maintain MOMs, trackers, and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal project management processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical)
- 58 years of experience in EPC or construction project environments
- Know how on PM@Siemens processes will be added advantage
- Prior experience in Data Centers projects will be an added advantage
Technical & Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of EPC project execution and site operations
- Familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, and progress measurement
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and project reporting tools
- Exposure to project management systems or ERP tools is an advantage
