Roles & Responsibility
Project Execution & Site Management
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses as per plan, specifications, and deadlines.
- Monitor construction stages, including RCC, finishing, masonry, MEP works, and external development.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, machinery, and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with IS codes, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for concrete testing, material approvals, and documentation.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in preparing micro-schedules, bar charts, work plans, and monitoring progress vs. baseline.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve design or execution issues.
- Support the Project Manager in budget monitoring, resource planning, and contractor billing verification.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of site measurements, material consumption, labour deployment, and work logs.
- Verify contractor bills, reconciliation statements, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Report delays, risks, and site challenges along with mitigation plans.
