Project Engineer – Hardware (H/W)

• Design and implement complex hardware system requirements based on customer specifications

• Define system architecture including input/output processes and hardware-software compatibility

• Coordinate subsystem design and ensure seamless system integration

• Deliver assigned project tasks within defined quality, cost, and timeline targets

• Provide technical support to team leads and resolve engineering issues

• Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation engineering standards and procedures

• Support complete project lifecycle from design phase to commissioning

• Conduct system analysis, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions

• Optimize engineering cost through reuse of standard components and designs

• Collaborate with team leaders for technical clarification and risk management

• Ensure customer acceptance of delivered engineering solutions

• Develop control circuits based on process and application requirements

• Prepare and validate electrical design calculations including load, heat, and cable sizing

• Design electrical panels and mechanical layouts including GA and enclosure design

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams for automation system execution

• Ensure adherence to IEC electrical standards and safety guidelines

• Participate in process improvement and engineering optimization initiatives

• Support team development and knowledge sharing activities

• Maintain documentation and technical records for project compliance

• Travel for site commissioning, customer meetings, and project support activities
