Project Engineer

• Deliver assigned engineering projects on time with quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Manage full project lifecycle including pre-sales, engineering, execution, and site support

• Lead technical implementation across project delivery phases

• Collaborate with technical leads and SMEs to resolve technical challenges

• Work with project managers for scope definition, execution planning, and monitoring delivery

• Support proposal team with estimation, WBS development, and project planning

• Ensure adherence to SSB standards and engineering processes

• Guide cost optimization through reusable engineering standards and process improvements

• Provide technical support for commissioning activities and troubleshooting

• Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for project execution

• Ensure proper documentation of audits and risk management activities

• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across projects

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence

• Engage with customers and stakeholders for feedback and continuous improvement

• Contribute to team development, mentoring, and skill enhancement

• Support AOP (Annual Operating Plan) planning activities
