Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead technical implementation across the full project lifecycle, including HW/SW/HMI and third-party interfaces.
• Support pre-sales proposals and estimation, coordinating with proposal teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Global Programme Managers, and technical SMEs for scope clarification, WBS development, and execution monitoring.
• Optimize procurement and project execution processes, driving cost efficiency and reuse of engineering standards.
• Document and manage internal/external audits and associated risks.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage capacity planning, and assign appropriate resources to tasks.
• Share best practices and knowledge to strengthen team capabilities.
