Project Engineer

• Manage end-to-end project execution ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

• Lead technical implementation across full project lifecycle including commissioning and troubleshooting

• Support proposal and estimation activities in collaboration with pre-sales teams

• Work with Project Managers and Global Programme Managers for WBS creation and execution planning

• Handle customer interactions, solution presentations, and technical clarifications

• Assign tasks, manage team performance, and ensure effective resource utilization

• Improve engineering productivity through reusable standards and process optimization

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Identify opportunities for procurement optimization and process improvements

• Support AOP planning and strategic resource allocation

• Ensure proper documentation for audits and manage risk resolution

• Drive knowledge sharing and competency development within the team

• Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence
